WHISTLEBLOWING
This section of our site has the purpose of regulating the management of violations reports of the provisions of company procedures, in addition to violations of current laws and regulations, including offenses, acts and omissions linked to violations of European legislation which harm the public interest or the integrity of the entity as defined by Legislative Decree 24/2023.
Furthermore, within the terms established by Legislative Decree 24/2023, the service guarantees protection :
- To the subect making the report
- To the reported subject
- To third parties who may suffer retaliation due to the relationship with the Reporter, such as the facilitator who assists the Reporter during the reporting; people who work or have worked in the same working context as the Reporter (e.g. colleagues)
The channels for receiving reports from FIES are constituted by:

- Meeting requested by the Reporter to the Whistleblowing Manager at number 0331 540957 int. 230
- Ordinary/registered mail to be sent to the attention of the report manager at the following address:
